Insurance & venue COIs
Fully insured for general liability. Venue COIs issued same-day, even on Friday-of. We are pre-approved at most public art sites we work.

Backup rig & redundancy
Every installation has a complete backup plan: tools, hardware, and rigging spares in the truck. No delays, no surprises.

Do-not-play lists
Honored absolutely. Send a list of zero songs or four hundred — none get played. We also keep a play-if-asked-twice tier for tracks you're lukewarm on.
